Jeff Roberts, President & CEO
Jeff Roberts joins Micro Machine with more than 30 years of success in the medical device industry. He has held executive leadership positions in several market segments including sports medicine, large and small joint replacement, trauma, and soft tissue repair and replacement.
Mr. Roberts previously served as President of Arthrotek, Inc., an arthroscopy company that is now a unit of Zimmer Biomet. He later served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer at Wright Medical. As an entrepreneur, Jeff has served as President and CEO of two startup companies, NovaLign Orthopedics and Biomimedica, Inc. Mr. Roberts received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Memphis.
Ken Tuchel, Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Ken Tuchel joined the Micro Machine team as Vice President of Marketing and Sales in September of 2017. Ken has extensive experience with small and large Medical Device Suppliers including over 10 years of experience as Tecomet/Symmetry’s Vice President of Implant Sales. He is proficient in GD&T, Blue print reading, Cost Accounting, Lean, Budgeting, Marketing, Sales and Operational planning.
Mel Meyers, Controller
Mel Meyers brings more than 20 years of varied industry experience to the Micro Machine team. Spending more than a decade as an Accounting Manager for Walmart, Mel brought her vast systems and ERP experience to manufacturing, beginning with a privately held medical design company and most recently ventures in the glass and trade show industry. Mel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas.
Tony DeHart, Director of Sales & Marketing
Tony DeHart has held numerous and ever increasing positions with Micro Machine over the last 25 years; Machinist, Process Engineer, Plant Superintendent, Production Manager and Director of Sales with additional responsibilities of maintaining the integrity of the Information Systems and Technology at both Micro Machine locations. Currently, he is responsible for leading the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service groups, including a team of sales representatives.
JJ Hawley, Director of Engineering
JJ Hawley has over 25 years of increasing responsibilities at Micro Machine. He started as a machinist and he assumed ever increasing responsibilities in several key manufacturing departments, aggressively focusing on setup reduction and manufacturing efficiency. Due to his technical and leadership abilities he was promoted to Engineering where he was responsible for developing manufacturing strategies from raw material to finished product. He continued to expand his influence assisting with Quality, Information Technology, equipment, and business expansion initiatives culminating in his current position as Director of Engineering. Mr. Hawley has continually expanded his skillset in Engineering, CNC Machining, CAD/CAM, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, and Design for Manufacturing enhancing Micro Machine Company’s value added proposition to customers.
Lisa Terry, Director of Human Resources & Purchasing
Lisa Terry joined Micro Machine Company nearly 15 years ago in our purchasing department procuring raw materials and tooling. Over the years, as the company has grown, Lisa has assumed increasing responsibility over several key areas of the company. With the addition of a facility and staff she undertook the Human Resource role. Lisa serves as both our Director of Purchasing and our Director of Human Resources. She is a member of the American Purchasing Society and the Society for Human Resource Management.
